Richmond producer Ohbliv is known for flipping samples — but lately, he’s been flipping pages, too. Under the alias Coppere Ford, he’s traded records for X-Acto knives, crafting intricate paper collages that speak in layers. His latest exhibition opens this weekend at Southside Contemporary Art Gallery.
Richmond artist Jay Bordeaux transforms the iconic 1998 film BELLY into a vibrant visual experience, using bold strokes and layered textures to reimagine its raw emotion and cultural impact.
Echoes of the Nile opened Friday—42 works by Data Oruwari channeling ancestry, spirit, and the Laws of Ma’at. On view through August at Southside Contemporary.
