At the top of October 2025, LBE Hunt and Reppa Ton announced an eight-city East Coast joint run dubbed the Flesh & Blood Tour — a name that speaks to the family-like bond they’ve built with each other and their fans. Stretching from Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., and beyond, the tour has steadily intensified with each stop.

This Friday, January 9, the Flesh & Blood Tour comes to Richmond at the Black Iris. Hosted by AWOL Beats & JB Lynch, the packed show starts at 8pm with a fire set of openers.

If you’ve followed the duo since the tour’s beginning, the growth has been undeniable. Their performances mirror the same authenticity and passion that Richmond has come to recognize in their lyricism. Their serious work ethic paid off in a major way when the tour hit Brooklyn, where the pair were met with a sold-out crowd and a palpable sense that something special was happening.

“People can just tell when something new is happening,” Reppa Ton told TRS during a recent phone conversation. “That there was a moment. That’s been the reaction the whole tour.”

For Hunt, the tour came immediately after the release of his 2025 album Remedies, putting him in a position to learn in real time, helping him discover which records resonated most with audiences and even refining his own stage presence each night.

“I was learning my body language, learning how people were reacting to certain songs,” Hunt said.

When asked what fans could expect from the final stop in Richmond, Reppa didn’t hesitate: a more polished, elevated production. While both emcees agree that New York was the strongest show so far, they’re clear that Richmond is poised to be something different altogether.

And it makes sense. Richmond isn’t just another stop, it’s home.
